Terms & Conditions
Please read our operational policies carefully before placing a custom order with Pretty Dazzle.
1. Order Placement & Timelines
Due to the highly customized nature of our gifts and arrangements, all inquiries are processed individually via WhatsApp or email. To ensure the highest quality of craftsmanship, we strictly enforce the following timelines:
- Orders must be placed a minimum of 2 to 3 days in advance of your required delivery date.
- Placing an inquiry does not constitute a confirmed order. Custom orders are only considered active once officially confirmed by a member of the Pretty Dazzle team.
- We reserve the right to decline orders if they fall outside our production capacity or requested timeframes.
2. Payment Terms
We strive to make the transaction process as seamless as possible. Payment obligations are as follows:
- Full payment is strictly required upon delivery of the item.
- We happily accept payments via Bank Transfer (MCB), Cash, or through our POS Machine.
- If paying via Bank Transfer, proof of transaction must be provided to the delivery personnel upon receipt of the item.
3. Cancellations & Refunds
Because our creations involve perishable items and highly customized elements specifically curated for you, our cancellation policy is firm:
- Cancellations must be communicated to us at the earliest possible convenience.
- No refunds or waiving of fees will be issued if an order is canceled within 24 hours of the scheduled delivery date, as materials and labor have already been committed.
- Refunds or replacements are exclusively provided in the event of an error or severe structural defect strictly on the part of Pretty Dazzle.
4. Custom Designs & Substitutions
We pride ourselves on our aesthetic vision. When you commission Pretty Dazzle, you are entrusting us with the creative execution of your gift.
- Final designs may vary slightly from reference photos depending on current seasonal and material availability in Seychelles.
- If a specific item (such as a brand of chocolate or a specific flower shade) is unavailable, we reserve the right to substitute it with an item of equal or greater value. The chosen theme and overall aesthetic will always be maintained.
- Once a custom design has been agreed upon and production has commenced, no structural or thematic changes can be made.
5. Delivery Logistics
We handle the logistics of getting your fragile items to you safely across the island of Mahe.
- Delivery fees are calculated based on your specific location/district in Mahe and will be communicated to you during the order confirmation process.
- Clients are responsible for providing a correct, complete, and accessible delivery address.
- Once the product has been successfully handed over to the client or the designated recipient, Pretty Dazzle is no longer responsible or liable for any damages that occur thereafter.
6. Product Care & Handling
Our arrangements include delicate materials and perishables. To ensure longevity and quality, please adhere to the following care guidelines:
- Chocolates & Perishables: Must be kept refrigerated or in a cool, air-conditioned environment immediately upon receipt to prevent melting or spoilage.
- Eternal Blooms: Store artificial flower arrangements away from direct, intense sunlight and heat sources to prevent color fading and structural damage.
- Drinkware & Glass: Handle all custom tumblers, glass items, and delicate bouquet decor with extreme care. Hand-washing is strictly recommended for custom drinkware.
